• Name/Address: Enter your name/street address as you'd like it to appear on the envelope and/or letterhead. Please double-check your spelling as I will copy and paste what you write.
• Ruled/Unruled: Select the "Ruled" option if you want lined letterhead and Unruled if you don't want lines.
