The book is inscribed to Eric Roll, who among many lifetime accomplishments, was director of the Bank of England between 1968 and 1977, chairman of the merchant bankers SG Warburg, and a director of The Times. He was also chairman of the Bilderberg meetings between 1986 and 1989.

CONDITION: This book is in very good condition. Yellow paper binding. Minor marks and small crease on cover. Many pages uncut. Bottom slightly bumped, small tear. Casing faded along edges. Top part of casing detacted.
