CONDITION: These 200+ year-old-books are in fair condition. Leather. All of the leather boards are detached. Cover boards are worn along edges and corners, chipped and scuffed. Leather along spines are chipped and dilapidated. Boards have hand-tooled gilt rules. All edges hand marbled. The text block in these books is remarkably well preserved as are all the foldout maps. Some toning and foxing. Pages are supple. Elegant ex-libris inside each front cover. These rare books are prime candidates for rebinding.
