This set is in good condition. Hardcover. Red cloth boards are lightly worn along edges and corners with a gold cameo on the bottom right-hand corner. Volume II has a small tear on the spine. Hinges tight. Binding sturdy. Each book has a content-appropriate frontispiece protected by tissue guards. Volume VI's frontispiece and title page are loose. Volume III has some discoloration along the bottom edge of the front cover. The text block is crisp and clean. -
